We the three wanderers in HCMC who always reminisce about our beloved home with a sense of hiraeth have decided to value the beauty of our 'quê hương' in our artwork through this project - "GIA".
GIA (家) is a Chinese character that means 'home' or 'nhà' in Vietnamese. 'Nhà' is not just the place to live, it is where we feel to be ourselves the most, where we are free to do anything, to rest, to feel comfortable and inside that house, time just slowly slides away in tranquility. We miss all the feelings of childhood, of those good old times when everything we have and everything we need is just 'home'.
